LATROBE, Pa. – The Thiel College women's basketball team was defeated on the road by the Saint Vincent Bearcats 98-42 in a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) game Wednesday night.
 
Jaclyn Watkins (Aliquippa, Pa./Aliquippa) scored double figures for the Tomcats with 11 points. Hannah Stoneman (Sugarcreek, Ohio/Hiland) contributed nine points off the bench. Cimone Reid (Toledo, Ohio/Ottawa Hills) went 3-of-3 from the field to add seven points. Kayla Welty (Portville, N.Y./Portville ) gave out three assists for the Tomcats.
 
Taylor Mathers and Shalia Williams both tallied double-doubles for Saint Vincent. Mathers scored 14 points and had 11 rebounds while Williams had 12 points with 10 rebounds.
 
The Tomcats will wrap up their regular season at home on Saturday, February 21 at 1 p.m. when they take on Mercer County rival Grove City.
