GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Thiel College women's tennis team lost to the Saint Vincent Bearcats Thursday, 9-0.
 
For the Tomcats, Lauren Wolfe (Anita, Pa./Punxsutawney) played a close match at No. 4 singles, but fell to Breana Liberoni 4-6, 2-6.
 
Wolfe and Sara Matczak (Erie, Pa./Fairview) also played a close match at No. 2 doubles, but fell to Liberoni and Regina Woloshun, 5-8.
 
The Tomcats (2-5) will return to action Thursday, Oct. 2 when they host the W&J Presidents at 3:30 p.m.
