Box Score GROVE CITY, Pa. – The Thiel College women's basketball team concluded the regular season Saturday with a 63-36 loss to the Grove City Wolverines.
 
Senior guard Bethany Hines (Youngstown, Ohio/Youngstown Early College) paced the Tomcats with 12 points in 28 minutes of work while sophomore point guard Kayla Welty (Portville, N.Y./Portville ) scored nine points.
 
Kathryn Erbelding led the Wolverines with 19 points. Mary McDonald scored 10 points and grabbed a game-best nine rebounds while Hannah Jo Coneby scored 10 points.
 
Thiel trailed the Wolverines by just two points at the half (26-24). However, Grove City dominated the second half, shooting 50 percent from the floor to win the final 20 minutes of play, 37-12.
 
Thiel finished the regular season with an overall record of 5-20 and 4-14 in Presidents' Athletic Conference play.
