GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Thiel College women's soccer team suffered a 2-0 loss Tuesday to visiting Waynesburg University at Alumni Stadium.
 
Emily Mullady staked the Yellow Jackets to a 1-0 lead on an unassisted marker with 66 seconds remaining in the first half.
 
Taylor Augustine closed out scoring when she added to Waynesburg's lead at the 78:36 mark on a pass from Susie Godwin.
 
Mary Oakey (Baltimore, Md. /Mercy ) made three saves for Thiel. Ciara Scott also made three saves for Waynesburg.
 
Waynesburg improved to 6-5 overall and 2-0 in the PAC with the win. Thiel fell to 3-6-1 overall and 0-2 in the PAC. The Tomcats will travel to Bethany, W.Va., Friday for a 6 p.m. contest against the Bison.
