GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Thiel women's soccer team suffered a 3-0 loss to the W&J Presidents Tuesday at Alumni Stadium.

Sarah Zeh put the Presidents up at the 22:34 mark on a pass from Holly Shipley. Chrissy Marcius also assisted.

W&J maintained its 1-0 lead at halftime before Kelsey Kraus made it a 2-0 contest a little under five minutes into the second half. Marcius picked up her second assist of the game on the goal.

Dawn Murphy closed out scoring with a little more than 30 minutes remaining in regulation. Shipley earned her third point of the game on the assist.

Freshman goalkeeper Mary Oakey (Baltimore, Md. /Mercy ) made three saves in the loss for the Tomcats. Sarah Youngblood made one save for the Presidents.

The Tomcats (5-8-1, 2-4 PAC) will host the Saint Vincent Bearcats Saturday at Alumni Stadium. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m.
