Steubenville, Ohio (September 3, 2009) -- The Thiel College women's soccer team suffered a 0-2 loss to the Franciscan University Barons on Thursday.

Junior goalkeeper, Jill Harry (Aliquippa, Pa./Hopewell) (Aliquippa, Pa./Hopewell) led the Tomcats defensely by amassing, a season-high, 19 saves in Thursday's contest.  

But, while Thiel's defense faced a barrage of shots, Franciscan's goalie, Nikki Taylor, produced a shut out without having to collect a single save.

The women of Thiel return to action Saturday, Sept. 5 for the Alfred University Tournament.
