BEAVER FALLS, Pa. – The Geneva College Golden Tornadoes completed a season sweep over the Thiel Tomcats Wednesday evening with a lopsided, 100-75, win in men's basketball action.
Seventeen Geneva players saw action in the contest, with three reaching double figures in scoring, led by Justin Nardi (18 points).
Nick Sefscik (Allison Park, Pa./Shaler) paced the Tomcats with 19 points, while
Justin Grogan (Royal Palm Beach, Fla./Glades Day School) and
Keebo Dowe (Martinsburg, W. Va./Edison Twp.) tossed in 12 apiece.
Thiel (2-21) wraps up its regular season on Saturday when it hosts Grove City.
