Berea, Ohio (November 7, 2009) -- The Thiel College wrestling team left the Baldwin Wallace Duals with 2 victories (36-7 over Mount St. Joseph and 25-12 over Baldwin Wallace) and a single loss (29-9 to Lycoming) on Saturday.
The 'Cats were led by freshman 133-pounder,
Brian Greenlee (Franklin,PA/Franklin) (Franklin, Pa./Franklin), who finished the day with a 3-0 record.
The freshmen trio of
Tommy Kozak (Belleville,MI/Belleville) (Belleville, MI/Belleville), Todd Miller (New Eagle, Pa./Ringgold), and
Isaac Moore (Ashtabula, Ohio/Lakeside) each tallied two victories, as did senior 157-pounder,
Greg Hogan (Uniontown/Laurel Highlands) (Uniontown, Pa./Laurel Highlands), and sophomore 149-pounder,
Matt Lowry (Smithfield, Pa./Albert Gallatin) (Smithfield, Pa./Albert Gallatin).
The Thiel wrestlers return to action Saturday, Nov. 14 at Washington, Pa. for a 10 a.m. match against the Presidents of Washington and Jefferson.
