GREENVILLE, Pa. (Oct. 5, 2009) – Grove City downed the Thiel Tomcats, 5-0, in Presidents' Athletic Conference women's soccer action Monday afternoon. The loss dropped the Thiel to 2-8-2, while the Wolverines improved to 3-5-3.

Freshman goalkeeper Melissa Seagraves (Latrobe, Pa./Greater Latrobe) turned in a solid game in net for Thiel, turning aside 13 shots.

Offensively, the Grove City out-shot the Tomcats, 32-to-1.

Thiel returns to action on Friday when it visits Saint Vincent.
