Emily bested Nirina Andrianovony’s 13-year old school record in the mile run, clocking a time of 5:45.94 and finishing in 46th place at the Kent State University Tune Up on Feb. 19. Also establishing a new personal best, Emily came from 150 meters back to capture the top spot in her heat.
