Seth Phillips started the invitational with a 7-6 win over Fairmont State's Ethan Babay at 285. After falling to Thomas More's Daulton Mayer, Phillips went on to win a pair of matches in the consolation bracket. He pinned Alfred State's Roy Gamble in 42 seconds before falling 9-2 to St. John Fisher's Jackson Burns.
