Freshman attacker Bennett Medyn scored five goals in Thiel’s 25-6 win over Franciscan on Wednesday.

Medyn also picked up 11 ground balls and caused two turnovers.

Medyn finished the season tied for second on the Tomcats in goals (17) and third in points (22).
