Freshman outside hitter Mitchell Patterson helped lead the Tomcats to a 1-1 record last week in conference play. Patterson led the team to a sweep over the Cairn Highlanders with 20 kills. On the week, Patterson posted 35 kills while hitting .385. His performance earned him Continental Volleyball Conference (CVC) Player of the Week.
