Mitchell paced the Tomcats to a 6-0 win over the Penn State Beaver Lions with a goal and an assist. Mitchell assisted Jordan Lilley on the first goal of the game in the second minute. Mitchell also put in the last goal for the Tomcats in the 83^rd minute. Mitchell is tied for third on the team in goals (3) and points (7).
