Colin Vitale helped the Tomcats reach the Continental Volleyball Conference (CVC) Championship Tournament, which took place at Thiel last weekend. On Tuesday, Vitale recorded three digs and a service ace in a 3-0 win over Hilbert. On Friday the Tomcats won their first set of the season against Carthage in the CVC Championship Tournament quarterfinals, but fell in four games. Vitale came up with four digs and an assist against Carthage.
