Eric Steininger helped the Tomcats earn a pair of wins over Finlandia on Sunday. He went 5-for-7 with a double, five runs scored and three RBIs. He went 3-for-4 and added three stolen bases in Thiel’s 6-0 season-opening win over Finlandia, then went 2-for-3 at the plate in the second game.
