Scranton, Pa. (Aug. 10 2009) -- The Thiel College cheerleading squad competed  at the University of Scranton's Universal Cheerleading Association Camp on Aug. 6-9  and walked away with a combined eight ribbons of achievement. 

The cheerleaders earned seven Blue Superior Ribbons (the highest honor) and one Red Excellent Ribbon (second highest honor) while taking third out of five in the team competition.
