Nakisha (Logan) Peoples was a two-year member of the basketball team and competed in volleyball one season, but her major accomplishments were in track & field, where she was a four-year letter winner. A member of the PAC 60th Anniversary Women's Outdoor Track & Field Team, Logan was a three-time PAC Outdoor MVP (1998, 1999, 2001), claimed 23 All-PAC honors and won 14 individual conference titles in a variety of events. In 2002, Logan won PAC titles in the 100-meter hurdles and the high jump while finishing second in 100- and 200-meter dashes. In 2001, she won PAC titles in the 100-meter dash, the 100-meter hurdles, the 200-meter dash, the high jump and was part of the first-place 4x400-meter relay team. She also finished second in the long jump and the javelin. Also in 2001, she qualified for the ECAC Championships in five events, and went on to finish third in the heptathlon and fifth in the long jump. In 1999, Logan took PAC first-places in the long, high and triple jumps and was part of the first-place 4x100-meter relay team. She also finished second in the 100- and 200-meter dashes and was part of the second-place 4x400-meter relay team. In 1998, Logan was part of Thiel's PAC championship team. She claimed conference first-place finishes in the long and triple jump and was part of the first-place 4x100-meter relay team. She also finished second in the high jump and was part of the third-place 4x400-meter relay team. She holds a school record in the heptathlon (2001; 3,992 points). Upon graduation, Logan served as an assistant coach for Thiel's track & field teams.
