Kevin Meistickle was a four-year letter winner and a star pitcher for the baseball team. At the time of his induction, he had more career wins than any other Thiel College pitcher. He finished his career with an earned run average of 2.53, a total of 214 innings pitched and 25 complete games. Over a three year span, he pitched two one-hitters, three two-hitters and four four-hitters.
Meistickle achieved several honors at Thiel, including: three time All-PAC honors, Outstanding College Athletes of America, Who’s Who in College Sports and Division III Regional I All-Worth Team. He was also the first Thiel athlete drafted in the Major League Draft and the first professional baseball player from Thiel College.
