A four-year started at quarterback, Charlie Cole etched his name in the Thiel record book in five categories. At the time of his induction, Cole ranked seventh in yards (2,720), sixth in attempts (407), sixth in completions (180), seventh in touchdown passes (16) and seventh in pass efficiency rating (101.6). He earned All-PAC Honorable Mention following both his junior and senior seasons. Cole was also a member of the 1981 PAC championship baseball team.
